I am really pleased with the car also the service I received from Sam & other staff. Very professional, polite & helpful. I appreciate Sam arranging getting the car to me sooner. As I had told him my other car had been written off & needed it as soon as possible. So it was a big relief him making that happen. He worked very efficiency keeping me updated every step of the way & to make it all go as easy as possible. And I was really surprised that they drove the car over for me. And got the train home 140 miles to London. Really professional, kind and helpful bloke's. Really took me back how above and beyond they all worked to make sure I got my car sooner rather than wait for it to be delivered on a truck. You have all been amazing, helpful & had great service. Big thank you 😊

Brilliant and helpful service had my vehicle I purchased home delivered to my house. When they arrived they were very professional about everything, including the part exchange they had a great deal to offer. If you where to have any issues or questions they have a very helpful member of staff called Sam you can contact via a messaging service he is very responsive and helpful and will try his best to answer any queries you have would highly recommend imperial auto trade and will definitely be using again to buy my future cars.

Sam was excellent, at Imperial Auto Trade LTD delivered the car after rearranging day no problems delivering to my garage so had every trust in the car, very responsive sent all documents over and transfer very quick. Very nice and helpful people, everything was done to the vehicle as they said that it would be. When I went to collect the vehicle they were very helpful and made sure that I was a happy customer before I left the fore court.I would definitely recommend Imperial Auto Trade to my friends and family.

I will recommend this dealer to anyone anyday. From start (Sam) who was very helpful and answered all queries, then came the delivery of the vehicle by Mr Nuri, professionalism at top notch. We had issues with the car and so Mr Nuri had to take it back and gave me a good offer on another car which was not suitable for my needs so i didn't accept, he went further on to help search for something that will be suitable for me but then again it proved futile, the company gave me a refund within seconds. Please patronize them as they are trustworthy, polite, friendly and professional.

Stress-free, professional, and friendly experience Had a really great experience purchasing a car from Imperial Auto Trade. As I don’t live in London, I had a video call to view the car, and it was then driven to my doorstep the next day! I was able to test drive it to the petrol station and everyone I interacted with both in person and online was very helpful and made the experience really stress free! Would definitely recommend to anyone purchasing a second hand car.

Just sold my late husband's Audi S5 to imperial auto trade. Very happy with the guys who came to inspect the car at my house. After inspecting the car and running checks, they looked over the paperwork, transferred the agreed price and informed DVLA of the sale. They waited for me to do my own checks to make sure I was happy everything was above board. It was all fine. I didn't feel any pressure to agree the offer, no pressure to hurry the process along and no pressure when I asked to do my own checks. It all went seamlessly. I would recommend anyone to use them when selling a car. Jessica
