I bought my car this week from Imperial Trade. Great car in very good condition at a fair price. The selling process was great, and everything went really smoothly. Very friendly staff and very helpful as well would definitely recommend it. Sam and his team were really friendly, not pushing the sale and very supportive throughout the process.

I would like to thank Sam, Nurii and Jamsheed for an outstanding sale of a simply wonderful Jaguar, which is superb and exactly as advertised. I could not have hoped for more! The team were detailed, courteous, knowledgeable and professional but above all fun!

I had been looking for many weeks to purchase a car for my sister , who is on her own and money very tight, I came across Imperial Auto ltd . What a fantastic company, a really honest description of the car , on arrival could not do enough for my sister, very polite and trustworthy bunch of guys and delivered the car to my sister ! Based on the strength of the reviews I read online (both here and on auto trader) I decided to investigate purchasing a second hand car (a Zoe) from Imperial. My experience with doing so matches the other reviews I read in that the level of care shown and willingness to do the right thing for their customers has shone through in every aspect of the process. Sam and the team here were friendly, honest polite and in no way pushing for a sale - this allowed me to make the right choice for my budget with confidence. Highly recommended and (hopefully not to soon) I will return when I need my next car

Its always a bit nerve wracking buying a car online but Imperial Autotrade were great. Right from the start there were no high pressure from Sam and he was always at the end of an email to help out. The car was delivered and while there were a few initials hiccups with an incorrect description it was all handled well and immediately and i am very happy with the whole experience.Thank you Sam and Nuri!

My car buying experience with Imperial Auto Trade was superb, worthy of me wanting to take the time to leave this review! Buying a used car can be filled with some uncertainty & suspicion but from our intro Nuri made me feel reassured and confident that the car I was purchasing was the right choice. From the 6mth warrantee to the documents provided to prove the car was very well serviced, all added to my satisfaction in the purchase of the car for my daughter. I'm expecting good things and no dramas!
