Imperial Auto Trade provided me with a vehicle that I am really satisfied with. In comparison to a similar vehicle I had looked at earlier in the day on another website, I saved almost £500. There was no high-pressure sales pitch, and I drove away with the car the same day. Highly recommended

Very courteous and polite staff. Very straightforward to deal with. The service I received was excellent, including next day delivery of the car. The delivery driver was very helpful and friendly. From first contact to me receiving the car was less than 24 hours - great service.

Imperial auto trade is excellent in customer service, very reliable and no hidden charges. My deal with them was very straight forward and made me feel good. It’s very usual for people to go with doubts when buying a used car but imperial car trade management gives you the confidence to buy the car without any sceptical thoughts.

They did amazing with the car service, they were so friendly and kind, honest about faults but didn’t fail to get those faults fixed, would definitely recommend going to them for any car, honest and the car works amazingly

18th jan 2023 These guy are so helpful , my sister was uncertain/unsure about something with her car and asked Sam if it could be looked over by their mechanic , it was picked up the next day , checked over and brought back, they even had the car washed for her due to the bad weather!!! Excellent and professional service throughout the entire process of purchase (pre, during and post) and all queries and questions I had were resolved promptly and efficiently I bought the car sight unseen (only photos and discussions with Sam who was excellent by the way!) and had it delivered to my home with an MOT so fresh it was done on the way over! I have therefore no hesitation in recommending them
