The helpful staff at this business made my journey from St Albans by public transport worthwhile, answering all questions and showing me all the features of this AA-examined car before taking me on a test drive. I had no doubts by the end of that time and bought the car without hesitation.

Great service

Everything was managed efficiently and we had the car delivered within 3 hours of test-driving it. All the paperwork was carried out immediately and everything they said they would do, they did - thank you!

Great customer service, low mileage car, value for money

We had to re-arrange our test drive twice due to family commitments, Imperial Auto Trade was very understanding, allowing us to come on the Saturday before Christmas. The car was spotless, the engine immaculate, and came with an AA vehicle report for confidence in its mechanical and road worthiness. Avery decent test drive run, with nothing hidden from us. Sam and the Team were very helpful, no hard sell, just good customer service. We went home with our new car on the same day! Perfect. Took the extended warranty for extra peace of mind, again, no hard sell. Thank you Imperial, we are very happy with our car and your service.

Legitimate Car Dealers

I bought a Smart Car last week Friday and so far I'm so pleased They delivered the car to my home and the car is exactly how It was described in their Auto Trade Advert which I'm so pleased about, as I was not able to view the car prior to buying. So was literally going by previous 5-star reviews and faith. I've been driving the car around with no problems so far everything seems to be working great so Good Job guys because It's not easy finding Legitimate Car dealers in this day and age. Keep up the good work and stay Consistent and Truthful.
